I am redoing the programme after a couple of years of inactivity and poor diet and I ask myself why did I stop doing this. Getting out in the fresh air again and watching my fitness improve is giving me a great feeling of well being.
The programme really is fantastic and it amazes me how quickly you progress from where you have come.
For anyone struggling please stick with it as this programme definitely works.
Looking forward to my next 9 runs and getting involved in Park run again.
