πEnjoy week 6 & we will both try to be more relaxed as we run. Itβs good when we can pinpoint a problem& solve it as we run. Itβs such a learning curve and challenge for me! πββοΈπββοΈ
I take a water bottle with me even though I only have one gulp of water and I realise I clench the bottle really tightly from time to time so that's another thing to think about. I'm starting Week 6 tomorrow. I've been a bit poorly for the past couple of days and after my dodgy start on C25K I can't believe how disappointed I got that I didn't feel fit enough to run. I never thought that would happen to me!
Week 6 is a great preparation for the last 3 weeks. You will gets lots out of it and finish the week on a real high which will make up for your he disappointments! ππ
Thank you for the encouragement. I'm looking forward to tomorrow even though I've heard that Week 6 Run 1 catches people out. I'm going to take my time. π
I hope you donβt mind, I looked at your profile as you seem quite knowledgeable. Iβve been having tight neck and shoulders too, I run with my hands in fists, thank you ππΌ π
I didnβt know the first thing about running until I joined this group. What I share, is knowledge picked up on the valuable posts by our wonderful admin & from the more experienced runners. You will do the sameπ
