.............. running later in the day can make sleeping more difficult.

Thanks Ian! I love coinciding with sunrise! Can’t believe I had to take up running to learn how special the dawn is!

Thanks! Wasn’t the easiest of runs until I realised how tense I was.. a few deep breaths & shoulder rolls sorted that. Learning on the trot🀣

Congratulations! Hope you’re feeling well relaxed now.

I finally got going on week 7 run 1. Just in time to beat the first rain of autumn. Felt good to be running in cool weather for a change.

Well done on W7 R1 Annieapple. I often realise I'm running with tense shoulders and have to constantly remind myself to relax them!

πŸ˜ƒEnjoy week 6 & we will both try to be more relaxed as we run. It’s good when we can pinpoint a problem& solve it as we run. It’s such a learning curve and challenge for me! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I take a water bottle with me even though I only have one gulp of water and I realise I clench the bottle really tightly from time to time so that's another thing to think about. I'm starting Week 6 tomorrow. I've been a bit poorly for the past couple of days and after my dodgy start on C25K I can't believe how disappointed I got that I didn't feel fit enough to run. I never thought that would happen to me!

Week 6 is a great preparation for the last 3 weeks. You will gets lots out of it and finish the week on a real high which will make up for your he disappointments! πŸ‘πŸ˜€

Thank you for the encouragement. I'm looking forward to tomorrow even though I've heard that Week 6 Run 1 catches people out. I'm going to take my time. 😊
