So when at home i have found a route that is pretty flat. Today i didn't get round all of it. That was the slowest I've done this week. Averaging 15 min mile. I've been trying to do the slow jogging so perhaps that is the reason. Any thoughts? Or am i just tired at the end of the week?

Well done you 15min mile on w3 if you are new to running seems pretty fast to me. Your aiming to keep going at this stage not distance or speed. Keep up the good work

I know this isn't a speed test and just as well 😀 just think i needed reassurance that going slow is ok. I'm pretty sure i walk faster in between the jogging 😉 My blisters are finally healing too so feeling happier about everything now.

There may be lots of reasons but you would still overtake us so smile and enjoy slow running is good
