Yay completed another week. Peeked at week 4 and then quickly looked away - Tuesday is the start of that week so I am just going to enjoy finishing this week first lol! Bit of a niggle in the area below knee and over to the inside but it’s not stopping me but will monitor what’s going on! From zero exercise and carrying a lot of extra weight I am feeling triumphant 😎

About knees: active stretches before, static after, maybe ice pack, maybe collagen (natural or in tablet). And just maybe an extra rest day. You are smart, you know what to do

Great job... embrace the triumphant and be proud. Week 4, well you don’t need to look to know you can do it! The niggle in the knee is probably a normal reaction to new exercise, like you say, keep an eye on it. Have a good couple of days and enjoy Tuesday’s run.
