Well thats it...Week 9 Run 3 complete and I am feeling AMAZING!
9 weeks ago I was the laziest couch potato and struggled SO much with that first run! But I kept going and the change in me now is crazy. I am fitter, I have toned up, I am sleeping better, my blood pressure is lower and I really really look forward to my runs! Yes they are still tough, yes sometimes I think there's no way I can finish...but I carry on because that feeling after a run...I love it!
Yep I think I've definitely got the running bug!
So everyone struggling in those early weeks carry on!! It's so worth it!
Now I am off to treat myself to a slap up brekkie/brunch/lunch π
