I've been out and run 8 x 1 min, hamstring felt good and i loved each and every 1 min run!!

Felt easy but didn't push it, ran with Laura's encouragement! So glad to be back in my running gear 😁🏃‍♀️

Glad you got out to run i bet it felt so good. Well done you 😊

Hi. Well done! I'm glad your first run back on C25k went well. I started my return to C25k with my first run this morning too after completing up to W9R1 in June and promptly landing on the IC! Feels great to be back doesn't it? 😃

Well done and welcome to c25k and the forum. You are correct not to push it - keep it slow and steady for all of your runs. I'm sure you'll smash it!

Well done!🎉 I have just completed w1 r2 so ! I did ache a lot though and it was hard to get motivated for today's run so stick with it and stretch!!! (the encouragement on here helped a lot!)
