It’s a little strange, struggled today was tired after 15 minutes kept going to the end though, but looking at my activity tracker my average speed and average cadence was best I have ever managed. Couldn’t get my breathing right. Hopefully will do better next time.

Every run is different. We are not robots and sometimes, at the most unexpected times its hard. Actually, I had the same thing in week 7. Remember the cumulative effect of running 25minutes non-stop 3 times in the last 6 days or so. Try taking the next one real slow and just cruise through it, enjoy the feeling when you accomplish it. Remember you are training and not racing so slow and steady is great. You'll not look back after week 7! Good luck and enjoy your running

Well done.

You probably found it harder to breathe and generally tougher because you were going faster.

Be kind to yourself, pushing hard on every run does doesn't develop your stamina as effectively as running at an easy conversational pace. Slow it down.

If your speed and distance was more that would suggest you were faster today which in turn would make you feel tired and breathless. Slow it down again. Well done you 😊
