Couch to 5K

Week 9 Run 2 (take 2)

Well I started C25K in September and due to various illnesses I have just done Week 9 Run 2.

I went out to do this run on Thursday but I was feeling sad about something and my running just didn't happen.

Today I decided to run the perimeter of my local park, loads of runners seem to do it and today was my turn. I've been wanting to do it for ages but was put off by a hill on one side.

Well I finally did it! Ended up having to run for about 37 minutes to get round rather than 30 but nothing was going to stop me.

As I find it hard to run during the week I hope to graduate tomorrow.

Good for you, I graduated yesterday and it's well worth the smile on your face that won't disappear for a while. Go for it, as good old Laura says "you can do it!"
