Enjoyed Wk2 R 2

Over slept after a poor nights sleep. But amazingly I talked myself into pushing back my work day by an hour and doing my run. I must say I Enjoyed today’s run through the off to school crowd. Up and out first thing gets it done and dusted. Felt a little self conscious but head down listen to my C25k angel and it all started to flow. I ran a bit extra at the end because it felt a bit short!!! Have I entered the twilight zone??? 2.59 miles done in 34 mins. wow. Before I started a mile seemed a lot. Is this real???? Only 5 runs in. I am sure I was just lucky today but I will take it. When I am fast walking I can’t help thinking of the Wimbledon common Wombles. 😂 from now on walk / run is all Wombeling to me. Come on Friday morning 🙏

Well done.

Be careful about adding extra.

It only takes one injury to stop you for days, weeks or months.

Great for completing wk2r2. Don't be tempted by continuing to add on extra at the end , just stick to the plan. Well done you 😊😊
