After completing wk 9 run 2 and making the difficult decision to stop running due to shin splints in July for a month, I repeated a few sessions and have just completed my third 30 minute run in a week so pleased I made it.
I tried C25K a few years ago and didn't get far at all, so glad I tried again- never give up, if you keep trying any-one can make it to 30 minutes running!
