I have done it - graduated!! Yay! Wk 9 R3 done and dusted! I am so pleased with myself. I have to keep reminding myself that I have graduated! Me - running for 30 minutes - wow. Who'd have thought it? My Mr-Fit hubby even remarked the other day 'I never thought you'd get into running' to which I replied 'It's not running, it's jogging'! I started this program in May, took a break for a few weeks with a sore hip, got back into it in September and took my time.
I just feel extremely chuffed with myself - I just need to keep doing that 30 minute run 3 times a week now. I'd be really annoyed with myself if I let it slip now after all my hard work.
How do I get that 'graduate' bar next to my name? and the badge?
Thank you to this forum - I haven't posted much but it is so nice to see the emails dropping into my inbox every day. There is always something inspiring/funny/reassuring there.
Think I'll keep going with Laura for a bit, but am getting a bit bored with Julie!!

Woo hoo - well done!!!! I can't wait until I can say that, even though I have a whoopee moment every time I finish a run, lol!!!
Well done Kelly! You nailed it gal!!! You must be over the moon. I know I was when I graduated. By the way, your husband is right. You are a RUNNER. Laura told you so didn't she.
To get your badge you look to the right of the screen and there are some clickable headings in blue, and there's one to claim your Graduate badge
AliPru you should give yourself a pat on the back each time you finish a run. You deserve to big yourself up. Yeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Go girl
Kelly you can download Laura's C25k+ podcasts that will take you to the next level. Three podcasts - Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed. I would switch to those immediately as you need to move on. Laura will still be with you every step of the way. These are great little programmes and will help you no end, til you're ready for Bridge to 10 k, also downloadable from here
Thanks, misswobble. I've just found the C25k+ podcasts and they sound just what I need. I don't want to slide backwards, especially through the winter (and with Christmas just around the corner!).
