Just finished the first run of week 2. Not as horrible as I expected π€£ Week 1 definitely prepares you well. I had a good rest over the weekend with just a bit of walking. Had a brisk walk for an hour first thing this morning to warm my muscles up and then got on with the week 2 run. Felt pretty tired towards the last bit, but glad I pushed myself to complete it! I also received good news today from the doctor - making a change to my eating habits and exercising over this last year has reversed damage to my liver and I was also pre-diabetic but I'm not anymore! Just shows what you can achieve when you look after your body! So, I'm really happy about all that and hope that starting the couch 2 5k can help me to continue improving my health Good luck to everyone continuing their journey this week

Thank you! I'm aiming to control my pcos and insulin resistance without medication (just through diet and exercise) so finding out that my liver function and blood sugar levels are now in normal range is a massive step towards this. It's been hard work, but such a wonderful feeling π Thank you for the support π₯°
