I'd go all over again. Actually, l did go all over again. As for motivation? Why did you start running in the first place? That's your motivation.

I'd probably start at the beginning, but if you find that too easy, just advance through the weeks until you find your "natural" restart point. I suspect you'll probably find week 4 to be where you need to do all 3 runs again, especially to get you ready for W5R3.
Good luck and to keep us informed on you you are getting on.
I found that coming on to the forum to report on runs really helped with motivation
They say that it takes 3 months to make a habit. So just keep going and you will soon find it starts to be fun👍🏃🏾♀️

Maybe do 1 run from each week and see how you manage . If it's too much just start again . Good luck 😊

I restarted on W5 a couple of weeks ago after completing early August. I did my first Parkrun yesterday which was easily the furthest I’d run but the most enjoyable as you’re running with people in exactly the same situation. Good luck

I’d start over... you know you can do it of course... and that gives you a couple of months to work out how to go forward from that graduation run. Set some goals for the future... book some events to train for etc.
