Starting week 7 today. Had a four day break to go and see A-ha in Glasgow from Northern Ireland and I ate and drank and did not run anywhere.....possibly ran to the bar for last orders!
Now I feel quite demotivated and the 26 mins seems like a mountain. I'm thinking 'why am I doing this '. Help!

While you're pontificating over it you could have been out and done it! Get out there and do it. Tick it off, have a rest day, and line the next one up.
Sorry to nag but sometimes we all need a boot up the bottom to help us relocate our motivation. It gets lost sometimes in amongst all the other daily guff.
You are DOING it.. so you CAN ' go and see A-ha in Glasgow and I eat and drink '.. and still look great!! ( as you do) week 7 is SOOOO close to week 10 ( not much increase at all) if you can do this.. you CAN do the end bit and get that ' shiny new graduate badge' after your name!! go on you CAN do it..
Ooh I love A-ha! You can do it, the more you think about it the more you will talk yourself out of it. I just ran for 20 minutes for the first time and the thought of it terrified me. If I can do it everyone can. Get those trainers on and run! Good luck
Good lass! You know it makes sense. It's bright out there today and warming up. Been out with the dog early doors and it was taters to be honest but I got quite toasty on the way back. Seize the day and all that malarky. You could treat yourself to some A-Ha on your phone or whatever
That's a nice photo. Hope you had a great time in Glasgow. Now the party is over, it's back to work and think how good you are going to feel after that run. It'll be fab. So close to finishing now, get out there girl and smash that run!!
I find that if I think about the time - it just seems impossible (I had a similar wobble a few weeks ago).
For me the best thing is to not think about the time at all - just to go and run until the app (or Laura) says stop. If you are struggling, you can always slow the pace. Have faith in the program and yourself - look how far you have already come!
Plus you are so so close to graduating.........don't give up now!
why are you doing this? You're doing it for YOU! Are you worth it? You bet you are. Only you can do it! And you will now, because you don't want to let yourself down (or us either). Go for it!
I agree with Rig; sometimes you just have to drag yourself out there and start running... only then you have your "epiphany" - Oh, *now* I remember why I am doing this!
