Just completed week 5. On week 1 l struggled to do the 60 sec runs. Week 5 i found easier than week 1. Feel chuffed. My goal is to run a 5k with my son and 12 year old grandson. Hope i achieve it.

Just done 2nd run week 6. Done it twice and found it hard. Ran both outdoors which with the up and down inclines make it much harder than treadmill. My intention is to repeat this run until l find it a little easier. Both done in Spain, much hotter but the beach prom helps.
