So i might have pushed myself a bit too much last night. I pushed on and ran for 30 mins...

This morning .. my right knee is agony :( any suggestions... feels painful and stiff :(

😫 REST 2 days. ICE it today & elevate when sitting. Try a gentle walk on second rest day. Go to a physio if not decidedly improving.

Don’t push yourself more than the program otherwise you will delay graduation! It’s a temporary blip you will soon be back on track😀

A few extra rest days will help and maybe some walking to keep things moving😊
