Just came back from week 8 run 2. Feeling great , legs feel quite wobbly. Felt really tired before but pushed myself . So glad I did .

Are you keeping to the 3 runs a week ?
Hi I am still doing 3 each week but I do have to plan them in for straight after week for the weekday runs as I have other things to fit in as well. I usually run Tuesday and either Thursday or Friday and one at weekend. Loving it and can't quite believe I can run!
Relax.. slow down and enjoy these lovely longer runs..no need to push... just cruise your way to the podium
