Just came back from week 8 run 2. Feeling great , legs feel quite wobbly. Felt really tired before but pushed myself . So glad I did .

One more run and then final week :-)

Thank you . As I was running tonight I was thinking: hope I will have the motivation to keep it up once I graduate !

Are you keeping to the 3 runs a week ? :-)

Hi I am still doing 3 each week but I do have to plan them in for straight after week for the weekday runs as I have other things to fit in as well. I usually run Tuesday and either Thursday or Friday and one at weekend. Loving it and can't quite believe I can run!

I feel exactly the same . I can’t believe I can run 28 mins now without stopping and enjoy it as well. Me too I usually run Tuesdays and Thursdays after work and one weekend run in the daylight :-)

Relax.. slow down and enjoy these lovely longer runs..no need to push... just cruise your way to the podium :)
