OMG I did it!
Carried along by some up beats tracks ( the sound track from the film Stand by me) and dear Jo I managed to finish the run. It took me about 1.5 hrs to actually get out of the house and stop procrastinating 😁
But feeling better now.
Off to get on with my day ....
