Morning week 2 run 2,struggled today time of the month ladies so body wasn't as spritley as previous runs felt I was dragging my body round the field 😂🙈anyone had that ? But I did it ✌also really trying to hit the ground on the balls of my feet as directed I feel like I'm crouching to run to do that ,will it get better as I learn a new way to run ? Trying to minimize aches I've been experiencing😮

Great for completing your run . Also you should be trying to land on the middle of your foot , so not the ball and not the heel. It just will take some practice . Good luck 😊

Well done! It’s not until you start to do this programme you appreciate the challenge it can be. I know several peeps that have done it and wish I had been more encouraging - but I just didn’t get it until I started to run. Hope you have a smile on your face all day 🙂
