I completed week 2!

Breathing was good so I did the run and week 2 is complete. Slightly faster than last time which was a surprise as I thought I was holding it back. Decided to share a picture of the hill path I run on that I took during the warm up walk just before. It winds on up into the distance and just 2 weeks ago I nearly killed myself trying to walk up it, now I can run it.

Apologies that my furry running buddies rear end it slap bang in the middle of the picture :D

Well done Dipdab.

And often a run you feel good in turns out to be slow, and vice versa, what feels to you as a slow run can be quite surprising.

Anyway enjoy week 3 :)

Well done and it's great you have a measurement of your improving fitness in the hill path. And cute photo 🙂

WOW! I could not run hills for months! Well done you! :)

How does your furry running buddy react when you break into a run? Mine was pleased at first, then when I kept stopping to walk then running again in week 1 he thought I had gone mad and was very concerned.
