Yay me!!!! I went out this afternoon straight after work, it was a little warmer than I expected but I loved it and I actually felt as though I was running and not just desperately moving my feet and trying to breath.
I did the route I did on Week 1 and have not done since and it felt fantastic to think back only 4 weeks to how hard I found it running for 60 seconds.
Looking forward to my next run on Saturday and starting week 5
