🎶Dudda-duh-duh-duh another week bites the dust... apologies to Queen for that one and cue the tumbleweeds.
Any who, that’s week 4 completed and although to be fair I did have to dig deep for the first two runs, tonight was a bit more manageable. I suppose I have to acknowledge that I did follow OldFloss’s link (under my W4R2) post for stretches and have been trying to incorporate them into my days, which I think paid dividends tonight but I still need to keep at them regularly I think to ensure I the lower back pain is addressed effectively.
