Great , you've completed another run. If you can fit in lots of walking on your rest days it will help with aching legs. Well done you 😊
I'm at the same stage of you and completed my 2nd run of Wk1 yesterday so now on my rest day. Luckily have a dog that likes lots of exercise so I'm still able to target 10,000 steps every day and think that is helping. Looking forward to the 3rd run tomorrow and then moving onto Wk2 at the weekend.
