Yay the sun was actually out today, nearly forgot what it looked like π
No wind no rain, this was a good start to week 2 π
The extra 30 seconds added to run werenβt as bad as I first thought once I sorted my pace out. Although towards the end I was feeling it a bit in the legs.
I do like running along the beach something tranquil about π going to miss it when I go back inland in a weeks time.

It was a really good start, first morning I looked out the window with a smile on my face π
Yeah the beach running is lush, going to miss it myself soon, got one more week left, then Iβm back in Cambridgeshire for my running, been trying to work out a good route but which ever way I go Iβm going to hit a hill βΉοΈ If you got any tips on hitting hills Iβd be grateful π On the plus side I will get one run a month along the beach when Iβm back down visiting π
I think I got the pace right but my breathing dose need to be worked on, itβs all over the place at the minute π
Ah Cambridgeshire, that's where I'm originally from π At least you get the beach running occasionally. That's got to be good for knees lol!
The hills are just slow and steady to start with. I started just going with along as I'm still running, now matter how slow it's okay. Now it's so much easier.....oh and don't look at the top of hill lol...look just in front of you π€£
I moved here about 8 years ago, I do like it up here π but I miss the sea massively, not that Iβm a big swimmer itβs the sea air that dose it for me πthe weekends I go back down are a godsend.
So itβs like the donβt look down when your up high but you always do π
Slow and easy wins the race and donβt run into anything as Iβm looking down avoiding the top of the hill π got it π
π Iβm just playing π you made perfect sense and your advice will be really helpful when I go and take on that hill ππ problem is it will coincide with the first run of week 3 π¬
π great so Iβll run blindfolded using the force to guid me, Iβll let you know how many bushes Iβm pulled out of π either that or people will just point and laugh as my legs are scrambling to find the ground π
