C25K benefits besides running

Went to North Wales last week. Didn't run (my bad), BUT we did climb Snowdon, walk 5k to Swallow Falls in Betws-y-Coed, spend an hour on an underground trampoline park, walk round castles and kayak on a beautiful lake. Convinced that if I hadn't done the C25K programme I really, really would have struggled.

Did I ache? heck yes, but it was worth it.

Back to pounding the pavements.

You had a busy holiday . Don't think you had time for a run. Hope you enjoyed it . 😊😊

Excellent. That was an active break. C25K will have helped you loads. Enjoy getting back into the running again.
