Well here I am getting ready to run 25 min on Monday. I thought I had this down after doing 20 minute but after running wk 6 run 2 (2 ten min runs) which seemed harder for some reason than the 20 min run, I am a little worried about this next run. I will just have to trust the plan like I am telling others but another 5 min running seems a bit much.
I am excited to see what happens?

Congratulations, trust the program, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER by completing run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs. ๐ ๐
Thanks. I haven't actually ran wk 6 run 3 yet going to on monday so not official yet but I know I can do it though. WOW Al I am impressed. I read your profile and you are an inspiration to us all taking up running at 73 and killing it. 34.16 for your 1st 5k is good.
I am already signed up for my 1st 5k race on 10/6 and hope I can run it in 34 minutes.
It does not matter how long you take to run that 5k race on 10/6, the main thing is to enjoy the run, I understand why you want a sub 35 minute 5K very well indeed as I wanted it too, but don't put too much pressure on yourself.
