W1 R3 done today - going well

First week done and feeling happy and excited for next week.

If anyone can help - this week I did Tuesday Thursday and Saturday

and am thinking leave a day again to begin week 2 on Monday - so 6 days not a week

Is that a mistake ? Should I leave 2 days before starting the next week?

Brilliant you've completed wk1 and yes you can run when you want as long as you leave a rest day between each run. Well done you 😊

Great job. 6 day weeks are fine, just avoid running on consecutive days. Enjoy week 2

I’d give it a try and see how you feel I did the same and was fine but I definitely run better after I’ve left a few days between runs

As it states in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... C25K weeks don't have to coincide with calendar weeks, as long as you have a rest day between run days, so every other day is fine.
