W1 done!

Hi I’ve just completed w1, my last run was on Saturday. Now should I start w2 tomorrow?

Is it best to do the weeks like Monday, Wednesday and Friday then leave a two day rest and start the next week on the Monday.

Well done! You can do any sequence of days to suit you, as long as you never do 2 consecutive days. Personally I did Mon-Wed-Fri as it suited me and it kept the weekends free, but it doesn’t really matter. Good luck with the rest of the programme.

Entirely up to you - well done for getting through wk1 - that for me was always the hardest. I do tue/thur/sat and have sun/Mon off together as that just fits in with life better. As long as you have a day off between runs it's ok. Good luck for next wk

Way to go. It’s a 6 day week if you want it to be, or you can have a well earned extra day off!

Hi Gords! Well done on completing the toughest week! Brilliant. 😀

It really doesn’t matter how you structure your runs. The main thing is you have at least one rest day in between. I personally like Mon/Wed/Fri each week, but I’m not beholden to it, so it has changed on occasion. The ‘weeks’ don’t need to be over actual weeks (if you get my drift!)

Most of all, have fun. Go out and smash W2 and trust the programme. It’s fabulous!

You do what suites you and your lifestyle.. as long as there is at least one rest dayin between... My preferred runs were Sunday..Tuesday and Friday..but life and small granddaughter caring for.. altered that.. to Monday.. Thursday and Saturday ... but I do adjust if need be.. :)

Just run and enjoy and don't worry too much if you have to change a day... :)

Well done Gords- getting that first week under your belt is such a fantastic feeling. As everyone has already said, the sequence of days is not important. Mine change weekly depending on grandchildren and work needs- but I do put the runs in my diary so that I know they’ll get done. Just remember that all important rest day and enjoy week 2 😊🏃‍♀️
