First time posting - after doing the programme on a treadmill so far, I plucked up the courage to go OUTSIDE this morning for week 9 run 2. Planned to take in the amazing countryside, however lots of fog 😂 typical! found it hard to adjust to different terrain at first, and find my rhythm but got there in the end. Since having asthma since a child this 38 year old has nearly finished the C25K which seemed pretty impossible months ago - I couldn’t run for a bus, taken me much longer than the 9 weeks but still feeling proud 😊

So you should be so proud. Running outside just takes a bit of getting used to , different running surface and you are in charge of your pace. Just go slow . Well done you 😊
