I started week one 1st run on 29th May. Had to take a two week break in June because of a muscle problem but This morning I ‘graduated’ having completed my week 9 3rd 30minute run.
If anyone had told me I would be able to do this I would never have believed them
My challenge now is to keep running for 30 minutes 3 times each week but increasing the distance bit by bit.

Congratulations! It's a great achievement, isn't it, and all credit to you for persevering when it would be easy to give up. Sounds like to have a plan of what you want to do next, well done!
