Fantastic news to wake up to! Congratulations! Enjoy your achievement and your new ability! It will take you far, literally and metaphorically! ๐๐ป๐๐ซ
And consider joining both the Bridge to 10k forum and maybe even the Strength and Flex forum. You'll still see and participate in c25k posts too but B210K is full of graduates like yourself and S&F is full of great cross training ideas to keep you injury free and running strong ๐ช๐ป๐๐ป
Good luck with the consolidation runs. Iโve managed four 30min runs since I graduated. Must admit they all felt a bit harder than week 9, but seem to be getting into a rhythm now ! Ended up running the last couple to W9R3 again - seemed to make it easier !
I think itโs just hard to adjust to not having the โchallengeโ of completing the app, as that was a key motivator. Still one foot in front of the other as ever.....
Ah, just discovered exactly what you mean! That was really hard this morning! (Though I did stupidly change my route and didnโt realise quite how hilly it was ๐ฎ)
Running uphill is not something I have had to face yet ! Hopefully running tonight, so will see how it goes. At least you now have a post C25K run completed ! Well done.
Congratulations to you MunmyTum on completing C25K, well done ๐ ๐๐พ ๐
To get your graduation ๐ badge and the word GRADUATE ๐ next to your username leave a message on the October graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated ๐ ๐๐พ ๐
Hi Iโm a bit behind you. Did week 8 run 3 yesterday. I went out shopping and bought some new trainers and the aftershockx which i love. I was ridiculously excited about trying them out. What are your plans for what to follow with now??
