A lovely sunny spring bank holiday morning and I just completed run 3 of week 9! I have now graduated Couch to 5k! What an achievement! Not only that, I logged my fastest time for 5k, 28 mins 56 seconds. I'm absolutely exhausted but chuffed to bits! I started on 23rd Feb so it's been a bit more than 9 weeks but I did it. Good luck to everyone else working through the program.
Now to join local Park Run!
