Well I did it week 9 run 3 I'm still not hitting 5k but I never thought I run for 30mins none stop. This is a brilliant app when I first started I couldn't even run for 60 seconds never mind 30mins. My aim is to keep going and hopefully one day hit 5k in 30mins x

Well done! Such a great achievement. Keep up regular 30 minute runs and you will see your fitness increase. Once you feel ready, add a couple more minutes...and slowly and safely you will get to 5k. Let it happen organically - that’s what I did. Happy future running to you!

Well I have just done week9 run2 and I can just hit 5 k if I count my 2 x 5 min walks too so you are not alone.
Once I have done run3, on Tuesday, I am just going to time the running and see how I go
