So on my hols in Kent and after yesterday's rain i was a bit concerned... But woke up with a beautiful blue sky and the sun was coming up and it was onto the next run... Scary part 1...i ran for 2 x 8 minutes.... Go me it felt easier than i thought although i was a bit preoccupied with.... Scary part 2...it was not the ideal running place not much path and ran on grass verges and the road is a 60 and plenty of nutters driving at this time in the morning so was constantly thinking i would get knocked over!!.. Wont be doing that again for my last run as i think its 20 minutes non stop... I think ill drive to nearest town where they have heard of footpaths... Also ankles a bit sore but could just be running on uneven surfaces... Enjoy your day im off to whitstable....

Well done you ! Busy roads are never great for this: the traffic is a constant distraction. Stay safe out there !
