I started the program 14/04/2019. Technically I should be graduated by now
But after a very hectic weeks at work , 17 days on antibiotics due to an unexpected tonsillitis plus the post sickness resting I managed to retake my running this week from W5R1
I finished today my W5R3 and I did it I run 20 min non stop and I never thought I could run that amount of time in my life ... from sedentary ex smoker to runner .... Well done me ! Proud of myself!!!

You deserve to be very proud of yourself, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊 👍
That’s brilliant, very well done. Having had two unsuccessful attempts with 0to 5k when I stopped after getting throat infections and took several months to try again, I am very impressed that you have kept going. Good luck with W6 and beyond!!
Brilliant ! So glad you’re back, and getting through 5:3 is such a high point ⭐️ It took me six months from start to graduation: it doesn’t matter how long it takes, it just matters that you do. So keep up the good work 😄
