After a break over Christmas due to sciatica I finally completed W5R3 this morning! I have to admit it was more of a mental than a physical challenge...20 minutes of solid running seemed a big step up. I did it though. The sciatica is still there but is no better or worse when I run so I am going to keep running!

Well done. It’s a huge milestone- more mental than physical, though, as you have already done that distance, albeit in sections. The step up to 25 minutes honestly doesnt seem like much more.

Congratulations on that first "long" run.
There's no stopping you now, but don't be deceived by the next run, it is tougher than it looks on paper.
