I am so gobsmacked and amazed!! Iβve done a run for 20min nonstop! Wow! I never thought Iβd get to this week and complete it. I have to say itβs been hard as Iβve never ran before(well I tried when I was younger.. lasted about a minute π)
Iβm feeling positive and starting to believe I can do this!
The only thing Iβm finding really hard is the breathing and my ankles hurt.. has anyone got any advice please π

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, slow your running down a little, you can have a few extra days off running if you want to.
Yes your right in what you say.. I looked at w6 and noticed you have a break in between. I hope I'll be ok, I shall do as you have said and slow down and maybe go every two days. Many thanks for the advise ππ€ππββοΈ
Well done you, 20 minutes non stop that's great. As everyone else says ,slow down . You may think you are already going slow, I bet you can slow down even more. It will help π

The breathing is hard on this run. Maybe hot weather is making it tougher. You could slow down, but I tend to think that breathing is overrated anyway. π
Regarding ankles, obvious things to consider are to make sure you have proper running shoes and try running on an even surface. Good running shoes are more important now than in earlier weeks since your running schedule is intensifying. Sorry if these are things youβve already considered.

I will look at my trainers everyone seems to say the same regarding proper ones!
