I am so gobsmacked and amazed!! I’ve done a run for 20min nonstop! Wow! I never thought I’d get to this week and complete it. I have to say it’s been hard as I’ve never ran before(well I tried when I was younger.. lasted about a minute 🙈)
I’m feeling positive and starting to believe I can do this!
The only thing I’m finding really hard is the breathing and my ankles hurt.. has anyone got any advice please 😊
