Hi everyoneSo I did my week 4 run 1 yesterday and I thought it would be more of a struggle. Believe me usually when I am out of the habit for a bit wk 1 is a struggle but yesterday I seemed to push through just using the 3As from Oldfloss so thank you. I acknowledged that I wasn't in the mood and a bit tired, then accepted I had a bad sleep so that wasn't a surprise! It was first thing in the morning so I adapted by getting running gear on straight away, doing my school run routine then got out and pushed through determined to finish it and I did it I was so relieved I didn't give up. Next run is tomorrow and I know I will do the same again. Consistency is the thing I have missed and I will do it this time. Good luck to all in this journey too. Just remember no matter how bad you feel just trying is positive. Be proud of all your efforts. Be your own cheerleader.
