I’m doing wk 4 run 1 this afternoon but I have doubts as it’s a lot more running than week 3. Also it’s raining lol. Looking for inspiration guys. 😧

Haven’t done it but the fact that you’ve completed wk3 (which I start tomorrow) is amazing. If you’ve been aiming for a run or a week at a time you’ve smashed 3 out of the park! Good luck with wk4. XX

I’ve just done W3R1 today. 4 or 5 weeks ago, the thought of running for 3 minutes at a time would have filled me with dread. I was really apprehensive about this one. But I managed it, and I felt amazing for doing it too. I’m sure you’ll smash it... Get some tunes on and let the time melt away... 👍😁

It’s a bit more running but that’s OK because you are fitter than you were this time last week. For three weeks the combined runs have stayed at 8-9 minutes but the walks in between have been fewer and shorter so you’ve been building endurance. This time it’s the other way round, the walking breaks are not reduced but the runs in between are a bit longer. You may find you need to run a little slower to complete it but that’s normal. You are ready for this now because you’ve trained for it.

Yeah, just take it nice and slow... 🐌🐌 Don't go too fast at the beginning. I think that was my mistake for W4R1. I still haven't managed to run in the rain yet. It's always stopped by the time my runs come around so I haven't got much advice on that front.

Running in the rain is awesome! You’ll do great. Slow and steady and enjoy the refreshment of rainfall! 👍🏻

I feel exactly the same and I'm about to attempt it in 30 minutes. I barely managed the 3 minutes runs. I am trying to be positive as I've got some spanking new running shoes to try out today. Good luck!

Stick with it Gary, I’ve just completed week 6 and the programme really works; I’m now running for 25 mins non stop. It’s about training your mind as well as your body so stay positive and believe in yourself.
