When I started c25k I imagined myself in the future being able to run non stop the Southsea sea front. Today is the day I am going to give it a go. So excited πŸ˜†

My daughter and dog will be joining me, the weather is perfect here. Just hope the sea front is not too windy or busy

I think it is around 5k in length, I just remember seeing someone running along it years ago and thinking there is no way I will EVER be able to do that!

Now I believe I can give it a good go.

Southsea seafront- the perfect place for a run - dead flat! And if all else fails, several very good coffee points !

Yes lovely and flat but windy today. The doggy certainly got a little distracted by the lovely smells from the food stalls 🌭
