Staying overnight with some like minded souls so running at dawn together along the beautiful sea front was one of the options. With PInk Floyd in the cans and seagulls above you cannot have a better start. :)

Ha! It's my height, long slim body, long legs. That's easy pace for me :) Give me a flag and you'll mistake me for a pole ;)

Ah that’s why I’m so slow, short legs 😂

What a lovely place to run, and a very good time to boot. Pink Floyd sounds like an excellent choice for running. Why haven't I thought of doing a Pink Floyd run before. Which album were you listening to, or was it a mix.

Did you see the programme about Dave Gilmour the other day? (I hated 2 of the backing vocalists on The Great Gig In The Sky - they just weren't quite right - not quite Clare Torry. )

"Wish You Were Here", the album ;).

I thought the vocals were great though. Gilmore deliberately went for the change. And, no, you can't replace or replicate Clare ;)

I thank you, although I'm never driven by time, only by pleasure :)

I missed this one. Sounds like a thoroughly enjoyable run. And you cant go wrong with Floyd. Maybe I will try Dark Side for my next run 🌈

Ha! I've got both on my album playlist ;) Given the circumstances (late night choice, drinking running buddies, pre dawn run, wild ocean waves, white foamy crests and hysterical seagulls) it just made the perfect choice.

Never ran in Brighton before (never ran in majority of the planet to be honest) but l will definitely revisit the beautiful see frontline again!

One of the runs that will stay with me forever. Is Zen the word?

Sounds awesome. (For once, that word applies) Yes, I’d call that Zen
