Week 7 run 2 done. Ran at 11 min per mile so I'm well on course for the 10 min pace required for week 9. It was a fantastic run in the sunshine along Hove sea front today I felt like a runner!

Hi, I completed the same run yesterday! I too am starting to feel like a runner and can't believe how positive I feel towards the programme. I really look forward to the runs when in the past I would dread the thought of exercise. I just hope the enthusiasm continues. I don't know how fast I run but plan to up the pace once I crack week 9.

I can't wait for the summer to really arrive as I live in eastbourne want to be up and down the front all summer without being too embarrassed!

I sometimes run in Eastbourne if I get the opportunity. It is a great place to run, much flatter for me than at home and the seafront is beautiful. There are lots of runners so you'll fit right in there!

Hi mark I work at the grand hotel part time in the restaurant it is a really lovely hotel, I've got week4 r2 today which I'm looking forward to as it's such a lovely day here! And I've entered 2 10k runs in July so I'll have to keep it up! Glad to hear you've benefitted from the program it is a great formula and the c25k community is superb good to have other people out there who understand how you feel.
