A9 hour drive yesterday down to Cornwall. The forecast for today is for wall to wall rain. I was out early running along the front with St Michael's Mount as my view. A lovely run and the rain heldoff . There was a lovely breeze coming off the sea. My legs were a little stiff perhaps as a result of being cooped up in the car for so long yesterday.
Looking forward to more runs later in the week.
Happy runnings.

Looks like a lovely place to run. I hope you get out for another one while you are away
Lovely. I was in St Ives in July, managed a brisk walk up a hill and a slow trot back down, but it was hot, hot, hot. Hope you have more lovely Cornish runs :).
Lovely pikkie and post... What a super running route... I love it there.
I am the other side of the channel still...Just inland from the larger Mont St Michel.. too hot to run... 28 degrees at the mo'.... but have just cycled 16 miles!!!
It has been raining heavily forthe last few hours and we are holed up in the apartment but determined togo out again soon. The piltchard museum is becoming ever more attractive. The wind is due to change next week to the south and blow some of that warm weather in our direction.
A www that makes me feel nostalgic, my mum is in Cornwall and I lived there too. We used to get the helicopter over to the Scilly Isles to see her from there. Have a gorgeous time and enjoy the running, you can't beat it there
Ah but it's a soft rain! Lovely pic. What a view! Great run report, have a lovely holiday.
Mmmmmmm! megrim sole from the fish market at Newlyn. Are you going to go for a swim at the Lido at Penzance? It has just been refurbished. We shall be going to the Oyster festival at Falmouth in October.
Waiting for your happy hols excursion runs....... Loving everyone's holiday adventures ☀️🌥☂☔️ ☀️☀️
