Week6 run 2

Yesterday I completed wk6 run2 and contrary to the last run, I found this one my easiest run yet!

Very odd, as I felt tired and not really up for it. But once I hit the road, it all changed and quickly got into a groove.

The run flew by.

Now I’m wondering how run 3 will go..

Well done on completing run 2 of week 6, that is the last run with interval walks and runs.

They will get better, FP - honest.

The previous run was a killer for me, so I was really dreading this one.

I was flabbergasted that I found it so much easier.

I think one way to make it easier is to just slow it down. It’s not a race after all.

You’ll blast it!
