This is the first time I have posted anything on here.... going bak 6 weeks ago running 60 seconds was hard work. Lol ..... Week 6 run 2 was tough for me and was glad to read on here I wasn't the only one who found it hard....I didn't think I would b able to finish run 3,...... But this morning I managed to complete 25 full minutes without stopping of running !!! Lol and apparently I'm classed as a runner now πππ good luck to everyone doing this as it really does make running achievable.

Fantastic! I think the jump from 20 to 25 minutes was the greatest challenge.. Moving up to 28 mins next and then 30 for your final week will be a doddle!
Well done! You're nearly there! π
