Completed run two of week 6 today! Next run is continuous for 25 minutes!!! Woop! Woop! At the start of the program it felt like it would take forever to get to the stage where you would run continuously, but the weeks have gone by quickly and I have really enjoyed the process. If your just starting out and worried that you won’t be able to do it, just take it one run at a time and you’ll be okay. Looking for to Sunday!

Aha! I just posted about the same run. And I'm doing my 25 mins on Sunday. I seem to have a good routine now of Weds, Fri, Sunday. Do you pick the same days each week?

Well done!!

Go you Charlie! My routine changes a little each week as I work shifts but generally going to aim for long Sunday or Saturday.

So far so good, I’ve got the famous W5R3 tomorrow, I’m really looking forward to the 20min non stop run, feeling quite positive about it 👍

For me, the final 10 rums of the plan, without walking bits were the best of the whole lot. Hard work, but so satisfying to tick each one off.

Well done getting to this point and good luck with the remainder of the programme...
