Finished Week6 Run 2 but worried about Week6 Run 3

Yaay! So I finished week6 run2 today. I was surprised that I did actually enjoy the run and finished it well, strong and not out of breath. I wasn't in a hurry and I just took it one step at a time.

Now I have taken a sneek peak at week 6 run 3 and I am a bit worried about it -- 25 minutes?! I completed the 20mins of week5 run3, but a slight struggle during week6 run1 makes me feel, I am not quite there yet. Oh dear -- 25 minutes...

You will be fine, honestly! Apparently a lot of people struggle with w6r1 after the 20 mins at the end of week 5 (personally I struggled with w5r3 so was glad of the rest in the middle πŸ˜‚) just take the next one nice and slowly and you will smash it! Good luck

Don't worry about run 3 of week 6, you can repeat run 2 if you want to, take run 3 as you took run 3 of week 5, slowly, once you have completed it you will OFFICIALLY be a runner πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

Yay, well done you! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ The 25 minutes seems like a huge hurdle, but don't worry, you'll jump it I'm sure. Let us know how you get on x

Well done!!! You are one run ahead of me and yes, I’ve seen the 25mins at the end of this week and it’s slightly worrying, but we can do it!!! If I’ve learnt anything from W6 R1 run is to go slowly and keep at a light jog and slow it down even more if you need to! Look forward to seeing your next post!! Good luck! πŸ‘πŸ»

Each run prepares you for the next one. Trust the programme, take it really slowly and you will be fine.

Let us know how you get on. πŸ‘

Nothing at all to worry about, just be careful of your pace, pay attention to your breathing if you feel it’s rushed, just slow down, you’ve got this 😊

Be positive.........look how far you have come since W1R1.

You need to trust the plan and more importantly believe in the ability of your amazing body to adapt and develop to the demands.
