Well 9 weeks ago I couldn’t run to the end of the road. I never thought I’d be able to run again. Always found an excuse not to.....too busy, wrong time of year, too old. Well I just ran for 31.5 mins because I wanted to complete 6 full laps of the village field I’ve been running around since I started this.
I’ve got to know all the early morning dog walkers. I didn’t want anyone to see me at the start but they all speak to me and encourage me now having seen my progress! It’s lovely.
To those of you who are on the same journey I’ve been on, trust the programme and if you have the odd bad run don’t worry, let it go. The programme build our physical and our mental fitness.
My last word is to all the amazing people on here who gave either supported me directly or whose posts have given me inspiration. My achievement is down to you! Thank you all!
Ps - my weight is just starting to move and I’m starting to noticing more toning. My incentive to keep going 😀

Congratulations! 🎉🎉🎉 A wonderful achievement! This forum is wonderful, and so supportive in every way. Good luck with the rest of your running journey. 😀
Many congratulations on such an amazing achievement. Hope you grin all day! My inch loss speeded up after graduation - as you’re running 3x30 every week. After consolidation I started to add 5 or 10 mins to one run until I hit the 5k!
Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, 🎓 well done 😀 🏃 🎓
