Ooohhh look, I've got a graduated marker, dead chuffed!๐
Completed this morning, had to curb my excitement and panic when I started to run, could have gone off too fast, then finished like a madman in a 100m sprint. I thought my mentor would have been more excited for me, but nothing really. Maybe C25K need review this, it is a great achievement.
Anyways, I have to say thank you to the great people here who have given me the motivation to do this, particularly one or two, you know who you are. This is the first time I've successfully completed such a programme, and I put this down to you lot!
Those just starting out use this group to your advantage, it really does help, in my opinion anyways. Plus you make new friends ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ.
Now where do I go? Determined to continue running, so you're not getting rid of me yet.
What do others do for similar apps?
Cheers gang! ๐๐
Sorry about the BAFTA type boring speech. ๐ด๐ด

Yessss John! Another graduate! This is all too exciting seeing my pals completing this wonderful achievement! Very well done! Hope youโre going to bask in your glory all day and beyond, but please save a little space for a small middle aged ๐, who will (touch more wood) be joining you tomorrow morning!
Iโm so pleased for you! This is immense! ๐๐๐พ๐ป๐ฅ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช๐ป๐๐ป๐โโ๏ธ๐๐
Great stuff John, the class of 2018 is growing all the time! I agree with your point about the app - there really should be a different one for the final run. Anyhow, get out there and celebrate! I did 3 weeks of consolidation runs (basically just having fun zooming about for half an hour 3 days a week) and now I'm doing ju-ju's 10k plan which you can find over on the Bridge to 10k forum. It's not an app but itโs good fun, and there's a 5k run every week which you can do at parkrun if you fancy it.
๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ค๐ค๐๐๐๐๐โบ๏ธ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ You've only gone 'n done it!!! Whoop whoop!!! Well done Mister ~ it's official now, you've got "the badge" ๐จโ๐ You are a runner!! Yay!! ๐บ๐บ๐๐
Well done, your pride shines through and your excitement from reading your post. Congratulations, I agree the forum is excellent. Best of luck for the future as a runner.
Congratulations! It's such a great feeling to have completed the programme, isn't it! Post-graduation, I started to run solely to music, so I had it timed and knew when to finish the warm-up, when I was halfway through, etc. I did five weeks of 30 minute runs and was trying to get to the elusive 5k in 30 minutes, but then had an injury so have been out for two weeks. At the moment I'm more concerned in getting back into the swing of running, so that's my goal, but I'd like to reach the 5k, at the very least.
You have every right to a BAFTA speech! ๐คฃ well done! ๐พ๐๐๐ช๐ see you over on Bridge to 10K forum or hang out here consolidating and improving at 5k. There are lots of options now so take what youโve learned about yourself and what you enjoy and keep running!!!
